The unique DINSE gas cooling system guides the gas in a cascade through longitudinal channels arranged in a ring over numerous transverse ribs to the contact tip. This dissipates large amounts of heat from the welding torch. For welding up to 300 A, this technology provides effective cooling and a maximum duty cycle.
