The fully digitalised process control ensures precise wire feeding, extremely short response times and highly reproducible signal transmission times. Compared with the previous system, the control unit responds four to five times faster – with the wire feed speed following the robot speed in real time.

A modern drive concept, detailed monitoring and a robust design ensure maximum production reliability, even in demanding applications. The system is already being used very successfully in the automotive industry and combines high process stability with reliable performance in continuous industrial operation.

All system components of our modular wire feeding system are optimised for laser welding and brazing, perfectly coordinated and equipped with standardised interfaces as well as various connection options. Torch head, cable assembly, drive unit, wire feeder, connection set, control unit, power source and cooling module are all state of the art and ensure smooth production processes, seamless communication, fast signal conversion and detailed monitoring of the entire process.

Complicated component geometries, weld seams in the visible area and special stability requirements demand the highest welding quality. This is where DINSE systems prove their worth.

Quality and Performance - without compromise

The DINSE PUSH-PUSH system operates with two completely decoupled drive units, thus ensuring wire feeding to the front drive as required. Synchronization of the two drive units is not required. This enables faster implementation, lower susceptibility to errors, and high process stability in series production. It also significantly simplifies the system architecture and reduces commissioning and maintenance effort.
